Here is the generic CV covering my working life from the beginning. Experience in the private and public sectors as well as Central Government.

My background is (deliberately) varied with a focus on Change, Programme Management, Governance and Assurance - noting, that work in a range of functions is very helpful when leading change.
I have experience of leading both wider programmes - including functions such as Design, Commercial, Assurance, PMO - as well as 'just' the Change function.

Document Review Service (ad-hoc)
I have spent many years trying to 'do Change' in the right way - discipline and method allied to creativity.
I have been an adviser on many projects and would be happy to review any key documents that you feel may be helped with a critical review. These would typically be Execution Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, As-Is Analysis, People Plan, Change Readiness ... any of the hum-drum but necessary elements of Change.
