Development of a Major Infrastructure Programme

Elements of Change - Growth using P3M3 and Infrastructure and Project Authority (IPA)

I'm a firm believer in moving away from just an individual's experience - the 'I think...' approach -  to using frameworks and accepted good practice.

On this GB£16 Billion programme, we used the P3M3 and the IPA Initiation Routemap to work in disciplined fashion across a range of functions from Operating Model to Controls to People Development and lots more. The IPA case study outlines the work.

Driving Engagement through Change and Transformation

Engagement, it is said, is the key to successful and lasting change. We delivered organisation leading scores on engagement, replicating closely the Kubler-Ross Curve that is often used in Change.

The Change Management Institute White Paper below examines how this was achieved. And the work is compared to the well known Kotter and Shapiro models to see what was missing, what was done well and the surprising results.
